As an ordinary consumer, I am tempted to give up a mini-vacation in my home country and instead travel for a week to somewhere where I can guarantee myself high-quality sleep that suits me. The customer is king, but is it also in Estonia? There are consumers who know exactly what they want and need and make their decisions in favor of companies that can offer it. Giving the customer the opportunity to choose a pillow they like ensures a happy and rested person who leaves positive feedback.

But now, leaving comfort and pillow content aside, the question of cleanliness arises. How often are shared pillows washed? As a customer, we expect the accommodation to clean the entire room after the previous customer - but do they actually wash the pillows, blankets, mattresses?
