These personal data processing principles describe how Gabriel Scientific Eesti OÜ (SleepAngel), registry code 12404047 , processes your personal data in the SleepAngel online store (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store).

SleepAngel processes buyers' data as a controller in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council).

SleepAngel uses all necessary organizational and IT security measures to ensure the protection of personal data specified in these terms and conditions. SleepAngel is not responsible for any leakage of personal data caused by the actions or inaction of the person using the E-store.

Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the sales contract concluded with the buyer and fulfilling the obligations stipulated by law (accounting and dispute resolution).

Personal data collected in the online store

When placing an order in the online store, users enter their name, location address, phone number, and email address with their consent. When selecting the parcel machine delivery method, the address of the parcel machine must be entered instead of the buyer's location address when making a purchase.

Purpose of collecting personal data

SleepAngel processes personal data in the E-store only to identify the buyer, fulfill orders, deliver goods to the buyer, and contact the buyer if necessary.

Purchase history data, stored in anonymized form, is collected to compile and analyze an overview of buyer preferences.

Retention and access to personal data

Personal data is stored on the servers of the E-shop's IT data hosting and management service provider, which are located in a member state of the European Union and the USA. The server administrator, as SleepAngel 's authorized processor, complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation and has joined the Privacy Shield Framework.

Storing personal data on the servers of the management service provider is necessary to ensure the operation of the e-store and data hosting.

The administrative service provider shares the data collected about purchases with third parties only in anonymized form (without the name, address, telephone number and email address of the individuals).

The collected personal data is accessible to SleepAngel 's board member, IT manager, sales manager, sales assistant, or a substitute employee, and accountants for the purpose of fulfilling orders.

Personal data collected through the online store will be stored in accordance with the Accounting Act for seven years from the end of the financial year in which the buyer placed the order through the online store. After seven years, all personal data related to the buyer's order will be deleted from the servers.

In the event of any disputes related to the purchase, the collected personal data will be retained until the claim is satisfied or the statute of limitations expires.

If the customer does not place an order, any personal data partially entered in the e-store will be deleted immediately.

Transfer of personal data

SleepAngel forwards the buyer's name, phone number and email address to the delivery service provider (DPD) for the delivery of the E-shop products, if necessary. If the product is sent by DPD courier, in addition to the contact details, the buyer's address is also forwarded.

SleepAngel transfers the buyer's personal data necessary for making payments to Maksekeskus AS.

The E-shop data hosting and administration service provider, the shipping service provider, and Maksekeskus AS are authorized processors who are obliged, based on the agreements concluded with SleepAngel, to ensure that all necessary security measures are taken when processing personal data.

Access and correction of personal data

The personal data entered by the buyer when placing an order can be viewed and corrected by contacting SleepAngel at the e-shop email address info@sleepangel.eu .

Resolving disputes related to personal data

By entering data related to ordering products, the buyer has agreed to these terms and conditions for the processing of personal data of the SleepAngel e-store.

Buyers have the right to contact SleepAngel with any questions or complaints regarding the processing of personal data at the email address info@sleepangel.eu or by filing a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate at the email address info@aki.ee .

SleepAngel has the right to reject the buyer's request if the request is unfounded, its fulfillment is impossible based on the purpose of collecting personal data, or the grounds for rejecting the request arise from European Union data protection regulations or law.
