The terms of use and sale of the e-shop regulate the legal relationships that arise between Gabriel Scientific Eesti OÜ (hereinafter SleepAngel), registry code 12404047 , and customers making purchases in the SleepAngel e-shop (hereinafter online store).

In addition to these terms and conditions, legal relationships arising from the purchase of products through the online store are governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

SleepAngel products can be ordered:

  • Through the SleepAngel website online store ;
  • by e-mail, sending your request to info@sleepangel.ee;
  • Through SleepAngel resellers.

When ordering larger quantities of goods, i.e. from 5 pieces, the discount and delivery method must be agreed separately at info@sleepangel.ee

The ordered goods will be sent to the address specified in the order in the manner specified by the customer.

How to buy?

It's easy to buy from the SleepAngel online store.

Select a product - use the product group filter on the left.
Add to Cart - If you want to continue shopping, close the cart - if not, select “Checkout”. The cart will be saved.
Fill in your order details and select a delivery method. The regular customer details in the shopping cart are pre-filled.
Choose a payment method - in our online store you can pay via bank link of Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank or Pocopay bank.

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS . Payment takes place outside the online store in a secure environment – ​​when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying with a credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details. The contract enters into force from the moment the amount due is received in the online store's current account.

The owner of the online store is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

Once the order has been paid for, you will receive a confirmation of the order by email.

The currency of our online store is the euro.

Validity of the sales contract, product and price information

The terms and conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the online store. The prices of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price. The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing an order. Information about the goods is provided in the online store directly next to the goods.

Delivery

The ordered goods will be delivered according to the method selected in the order:

  • DPD courier service
  • Via DPD parcel machines

We ship the goods within 3 working days, depending on the logistics company's availability. For larger orders, please allow 14-21 days.

The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method. Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 7 working days. In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days is reserved.

Right to file a claim

  • The online store is liable for any non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that already existed at the time of delivery and that becomes apparent within two years of the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first six months of the delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. It is the online store's obligation to rebut this presumption.
  • If a product purchased from the online store turns out to be defective, the buyer has the right to contact the online store's email address info@sleepangel.ee within two months at the latest. The buyer is obliged to inform which product has a problem, describe the defect in the product, and include the order number.
  • If the goods purchased from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, SleepAngel will repair or replace the defective product at its own expense. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, SleepAngel will refund all fees incurred under the sales contract to the buyer.
  • SleepAngel will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Withdrawal rights

  • The buyer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded by distance communication within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins from the delivery of the goods to the consumer. To comply with the 14-day withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send us a withdrawal request within the period. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
  • If the product has been used for a purpose other than what is necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the product, or if it shows signs of use or wear, SleepAngel has the right to reduce the refund fee according to the decrease in the value of the product.
  • To withdraw from the contract, the buyer may use the standard withdrawal form (Minister of Justice Regulation No. 41 of 17.12.2013, https://www.riigiteataja.ee/akt/103012014001) or send us a free-form withdrawal form to info@sleepangel.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
  • The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. the item is incorrect or defective). The returned item must be unused and in its original packaging. In the event of a defective product, SleepAngel will refund the buyer both the cost of the item and shipping.
  • The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he or she has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
  • Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store will refund to the buyer all fees received from the buyer under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal form.
  • SleepAngel may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided evidence that they have returned the item, whichever occurs first.
  • If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the online store , SleepAngel is not required to refund the consumer any costs that exceed the costs associated with the standard delivery method.
  • SleepAngel has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.

Dispute resolution

  • If the buyer has any complaints about the online store , they should be sent by e-mail to info@sleepangel.ee or by phone: +372 510 6509.
  • If the buyer and SleepAngel are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Commission. You can review the procedural terms and submit an application. here . The Consumer Disputes Commission is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the online store . The review of the buyer's complaint by the Commission is free of charge.
  • The buyer also has the right to turn to the European Union's consumer dispute resolution platform.
