Tilk! founder Pille Lengi made a conscious decision to improve her quality of life. Her first step was nutrition, the second was sleep. The SleepAngel pillow became an important piece of the puzzle for her on this journey.
Pille started focusing on sleep for two reasons – her body was tired, but she also knew that the sleep process produces collagen, which maintains skin moisture and elasticity and helps skin cells regenerate. She analyzed her sleeping habits and realized that she needed to focus on sleep.

He revamped his sleep habits with clear goals and activities:
- A cool, dark bedroom — The optimal temperature range for rest is around 15–22 degrees Celsius. Additionally, she made sure her bedroom was dark, as light delays the release of melatonin, produces cortisol, and keeps your body temperature higher, contributing to wakefulness (1).
- Getting enough exercise during the day – Regular exercise can help alleviate sleep-related problems and get enough rest. Recent research also shows that insufficient or poor-quality sleep can lead to lower physical activity the next day (2).
- Overnight Fasting - Pills keep 12-13 hours between dinner and breakfast to help you feel light.
